Bradstreet’s Landing Waterfront Improvement

The reconstruction of the historic Bradstreet’s Landing Pier structure and the surrounding groundwork including erosion and sedimentation control, preparation and demolition, installation of sheetpile walls, filling and grading, and concrete flatwork, installation of pier features and amenities including concrete, railing, a decorative medallion, benches, lighting, planters, and landscaping. It also includes shoreline and landside work including site preparation, erosion and sedimentation control, grading, construction of stone revetment, storm sewer construction, electrical service to the pier, and asphalt and concrete paving.
