Shaker Heights Right of Way Inspection

QCI protects our clients and improves the public’s perception of a project by ensuring their property is restored after work takes place.

QCI contracted with the City of Shaker Heights to provide on-site right-of-way utility inspection services. The projects include gas and communication utility installations. QCI tasks include responding to local resident concerns; documenting any deficiencies ensuring damaged items are repaired or replaced; performing a final walkthrough of the site upon completion of work, providing the punch list; and monitoring contractor completion of the punch list.
