We have provided contract and administrative support to the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission (OTIC) for more than two decades.
Over the past 20 years, QCI has provided contract and administration and inspection services for the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission on dozens of resurfacing projects as they maintain hundreds of miles of the mainline pavement. These projects include removal of the surface and intermediate courses of asphalt, base repairs, resurfacing of all lanes and shoulders east and westbound, replacement of guard railing, bridge approaches, and repair of drainage systems as needed. QCI’s team of engineers and inspectors document the contractor’s work, ensuring it is placed in accordance with the Turnpike Commission’s specifications.
